Patoma is led by former classmates Paul Henry and Thomas Finnican. Together, they have completed or are in construction on projects with a total capitalization of over $100 million. Since the humble beginnings of their partnership, Paul and Tom have maintained a hands-on approach in all aspects of their development projects. Being fully licensed and insured as a General Contractor in NYC, Patoma undertakes much of the construction in-house to further control the details of each project.
