APPROACH In Fortyone AG we hold shares in non-listed companies. In doing so, we are mainly guided by the question: «Can we make a difference?». As active investors, we make investments in which, in addition to our financial resources, we can add value with our knowledge, experience and relationships. In order to do justice to this smart money approach and to be able to actively influence the company's structure, we usually claim to be part of the board of directors. The extent of the participation depends on the requirements.
