Founded in 2002, Bio-Star Private Equity Fund deals with investors, companies, strategic partners and all others in a ethical and business-like manner. We invest in companies in need of venture capital assistance, but who are not in financial distress. Bio-Star seeks to develop partnerships with companies that are not willing to dilute shares on any significant scale or surrender board positions to outside interests. Our goal is to invest in young, healthy companies with large growth potential. Companies in need of venture capital assistance due to financial crises or monetary setbacks are not the focus of Bio-Star.
