Flash-memory giant SanDisk Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire venture-backed Matrix Semiconductor Inc. in a deal valued at about $250 million in mostly stock. The acquisition deal consists of approximately $238 million of newly issued SanDisk shares and equity incentives and about $12 million in cash.
