Overview
We started Singulate after experiencing a well-known problem in marketing at our previous company, Hopin. It was the gap between having tons of data on our customers (we did) but not knowing how to use this data to easily segment and meaningfully personalize our marketing communications in a way that would move leads through our funnel. So we sent email blasts with static personalization (e.g., [FNAME]) sprinkled in -- 99% of the content was the same for everyone, leaving growth on the table.
