Appilog Inc. announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Mercury Interactive Corporation, The transaction is valued at approximately $49 million in cash. In addition, Mercury will assume all of Appilog's outstanding options. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and certain regulatory approvals and is expected to close in June 2004.
