TCR2 plans to use the net proceeds from the IPO as follows: approximately $25 million to $30 million to fund the development of our lead product candidate, TC-210, targeting mesothelin-positive solid tumors, through the completion of our planned Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with mesothelin-positive non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, malignant pleural/peritoneal mesothelioma and cholangiocarcinoma; approximately $35 million to $40 million to fund the development of our lead product candidate, TC-110, targeting CD19-positive B-cell hematological malignancies through a Phase 1 clinical trial and the development of TC-220 for the treatment of patients with MUC16-positive ovarian cancer through a Phase 1/2 clinical trial; approximately $10 million to $15 million to fund the continued development of our TRuC-T cell platform; approximately $30 million to $35 million to fund manufacturing activities to support our planned Phase 1/2 clinical trial of TC-210, Phase 1 clinical tr
