Small businesses are always looking for ways to reduce their costs. The UPS store and a check printing company are finding ways to help small businesses cut costs and remain competitive.
EzCheckPrinting recently released its new check writer software for small businesses, which enables payroll to write and print checks with just a few clicks. Small business owners can enter the date, payee's name and amount payable to the payee and the software will automatically convert the numbers to words. The checks can be categorized, as well, to help save time during tax season.
The software features a variety of options to make check printing easier for businesses, such as enabling companies to print checks from blank computer check paper with pre-printed checks and print blank checks. In partnering with TrialPay, ezCheckPrinting gives small businesses access to free products online to make their check printing even easier.
And for small businesses planning to stay open on Columbus Day, the UPS Store will be open to handle customers' shipping, printing and small business needs. Owners will be able to send packages from the stores, get important documents notarized and sent, deposit personal or domestic checks with USAA Easy Deposit, purchase stamps or postal products and print and bind business proposals or documents.
