Small businesses are greatly affected by credit card transaction paperwork and expensive credit card fees. Many companies are working with small businesses to decrease these unnecessary expenditures to help bolster growth.

Funding Gates recently launched a new accounts receivable platform for small businesses that offers automated screening, monitoring and collecting of trade credit transactions. The goal of the new product is to help small business owners feel confident in their credit decisions and make collecting receivables easier and more efficient.

New Tools To Help SMBs Manage Credit

The new platform was designed with the same tools large enterprises use to manage their credit transactions, but designed for the volume and preferences of a small business owner. The automated platform makes the management of delinquent accounts easier, while saving owners money on expensive credit reports from credit bureaus. Companies can monitor their own credit accounts and automatically notify customers of late payments on a real time basis.

Similarly, U.S. Bankcard Services recently launched its Small is Big campaign to celebrate small businesses and offer incentives and packages to new merchant members. The campaign aims to make credit card services more accessible and affordable to small business owners. Throughout the campaign, new small business members that sign up for U.S. Bankcard services will receive a $100 signing bonus and a Freedom Package, which gives companies a free terminal and paper rolls along with other incentives.
