Inspect-It 1st inspectors offer their services to both buyer and seller. They evaluate the property's structural integrity and identify systems that require attention or immediate repair.

Additional testing services such as asbestos and radon testing can also be offered.

Two forms of franchises are available: a reduced community option (for regions with a population below 100,000) and a standard franchise option (population greater than 250,000). For the latter, the estimated investment fee is $36 - $51, including the $27,900 franchise fee.

New franchisees are given, among other things, comprehensive training, multiple revenue streams, and proprietary software.
