The Gateway – Each Synapse Gateway offers ports for four standard CO lines. Since the system is capable of handling four gateways, you can potentially have a grand total of sixteen phone lines.
Corded Deskset – Synapse utilizes corded desksets that are also capable of handling a cordless accessory handset or a cordless headset. In addition to the typical features you would expect in a modern deskset, Synapse desksets come with a 100 number phonebook, a backlit display, and other premium features as part of the standard package.
Cordless Accessories – Synapse gives users the option of employing both a cordless handset and a cordless headset accessory that are paired to individual phones. Unfortunately, only five of each accessory can be employed across the system, and only five total can be used at any given time.
